FAQs

1. What classes and experiences do you offer?

We offer pottery wheel classes, hand-building workshops, and pottery painting for all skill levels. We also host date nights, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, corporate team-building events, and pottery workshops for school groups.

2. Do I need any pottery experience?

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and no experience is needed. Our instructors will walk you through every step and help you create your own ceramic piece, even if it's your very first time working with clay.

3. How long is a pottery class?

Our regular pottery classes last about 2 hours. You'll have time to get comfortable working with clay, learn different techniques, and create something of your own with guidance from an instructor.

4. What can I make during a pottery class?

You can make a mug, bowl, plate, vase, candle holder, or another ceramic piece. Your instructor will help you choose a project that works for your skill level and bring your idea to life.

5. Can I try both the pottery wheel and hand-building in one class?

Yes! Our workshops give you a chance to explore different ways of working with clay, including wheel throwing and hand-building. The exact activities depend on the class you book.

6. What's the difference between the Basic Pottery Class and the Pottery & Painting Class?

In our Basic Pottery Class, you'll create your own decorative piece using clay. The Pottery & Painting Class also includes painting your creation, along with glazing and an additional firing.

7. How much does a pottery class cost in Dallas?

Our Basic Pottery Class starts at $90 per person, and our Pottery & Painting Class is $130 per person. We also offer couples' experiences and private events with separate pricing.

8. What's included in the class price?

Everything you need is included! We provide clay, pottery tools, access to the pottery wheel, instructor guidance, and the firing included with your class. No need to bring your own supplies.

9. How do I book a pottery class?

13. What ages can take a pottery class?

We welcome kids ages 3 and up, teens, and adults! Our instructors tailor their guidance to each guest's age and experience level, so everyone can feel comfortable getting creative.

14. Can parents and kids take a pottery class together?

Absolutely! Pottery is a fun way to spend quality time as a family. Parents and kids can get creative together, make their own ceramic pieces, and enjoy a hands-on experience they'll remember.

15. Can I take my pottery home the same day?

Not quite! Your pottery needs time to dry and be fired in our kiln before it's ready to take home. Once it's finished, you'll be able to pick it up at our studio.

16. How long does it take for my pottery to be ready?

Most pieces are ready in about 2–3 weeks. Projects that require glazing or additional firing may take a little longer.

17. Can I actually use the mug or bowl I make?

Yes! If you'd like to create pottery you can use for food or drinks, we recommend our Pottery & Painting Class, which includes glazing and the necessary firing. Our Basic Pottery Class is designed for decorative pieces.

Date Nights & Private Events

18. Do you offer pottery date nights for couples?

19. Can I host a birthday party, bachelorette party, or corporate event at your studio?

Absolutely! We host private pottery events for kids and adults, including birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate team building, and other group celebrations. We'll help you choose an experience that fits your group and the occasion.
